How do you download the APK??

I have tried to install it but it said "App Not Installed" instead. I tried a again, but it didn't work! So I downloaded the APK a second time, but it still didn't work at all.
I'm on android, not apple. And I checked and made sure it was completely up to date too. And it is! Am I doing something wrong?? Pls help
